VinylizeMe is developed and operated by BlueSpark Studios, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the VinylizeMe mobile application.

Information We Collect

VinylizeMe does not collect, store, sell or share personal information through the app.

The app does not require users to create an account, and we do not use the app to collect names, email addresses, contact information, advertising identifiers or precise location information.

Photos and Artwork

VinylizeMe requests access to photos that you choose from your device so that you can create and customize artwork.

Your photos and completed artwork are processed and stored locally on your device. BlueSpark Studios does not receive or store your photos or completed artwork.

When you save, export or share an image, the destination and handling of that image are controlled by you, your device and the service through which you choose to share it.

Analytics and Advertising

VinylizeMe does not include third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics to track users across apps or websites.

Purchases

Purchases made through VinylizeMe are processed by Apple through the App Store. BlueSpark Studios does not receive or store your complete payment-card information. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.

Device Permissions

VinylizeMe may request access to your photo library solely to allow you to select, save or export images. You may change these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Website and Support Communications

If you contact BlueSpark Studios by email or through our website, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address and the content of your message. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry or provide support.

Information submitted through our website may be handled separately from information used within the VinylizeMe app.

Children’s Privacy

VinylizeMe does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Data Security

Because VinylizeMe does not collect or retain personal information through the app, we do not maintain a user-information database for the app. Information you save locally remains subject to the security and backup settings of your device and any services you choose to use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if VinylizeMe’s features or data practices change. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
